Dubai → Fujairah Raid | 1-Day Event

📌 Event Overview

A one-day extreme rally raid from Dubai to Fujairah at around 200 kilometres, covering mixed terrain including fast-flowy desert sections, rocky wadis, gravel climbs, and mountain passes leading toward the East Coast.

Open to ADV and MX bikes (see ADV and MX note below).

This is an Extreme Rally Raid challenge with structured support options at three package levels.

🎟️ PACKAGE OPTIONS

1️⃣ BASE PARTICIPATION PACKAGE - 300 AED per rider

• Entry into the 1-day DXB → FUJ raid

• GPX route files + navigation briefing

• Pre-planned checkpoints and coordination

• General support from Karl during the event

• Route tailored for a challenging but rewarding adventure

• Enter at your own discomfort - suffering included free of charge

Important (Base Riders):Riders are responsible for their own transport and pickup at the end point in Fujairah. You will need someone from your side to meet you there, or pre-arrange your own transport return.

Any extra support (recovery, towing, emergency pickup, mechanical help, or vehicle movement) is charged separately.This ensures fairness and keeps event resources available for all riders.

2️⃣ PREMIUM LOGISTICS PACKAGE - 800 AED per rider

Perfect for riders wanting a full-service experience.

Includes:

• Van + trailer transport for bikes and riders

• Dedicated driver handling logistics and leapfrog support

• Breakdown recovery transport included

• Fuel provided by the support team at planned checkpoints

• Lunch stop coordination at designated fuel stations or checkpoints (riders can purchase their own food/drinks)

• Safe routing support through rocky wadis, mountain passes, and restricted areas

• Priority assistance at checkpoints

• Ability to load your bike at any point if fatigued and rejoin later

This is the turnkey option - just ride and enjoy the journey from Dubai to Fujairah.

3️⃣ RENTAL BIKE PACKAGE — 1,999 AED per day

Includes:

• Full Premium Participation Package (800 AED value)

• Rental bike for the full day

• Fuel for the ride included

This option is ideal for riders who don’t have a suitable bike or prefer not to use their own.

Notes:

• Limited number of rental bikes available (first come, first served)

• Security deposit and standard damage liability apply

• Rider is responsible for any crash or damage costs beyond normal wear and tear

📍 GENERAL INFORMATION (Applies to All Riders)

⛽ Fuel Strategy & Checkpoints

• Multiple planned fuel stops along the route

• Riders must start the day with a full tank

• Checkpoints act as regroup locations and support hubs

• Riders may load bikes onto support vehicles (space permitting)

• Premium riders receive priority loading and support

🛠️ Camp Essentials & Gear Transport (If Applicable)

This is a one-day raid, not an overnight event.However, if riders wish to stay overnight in Fujairah:

• Base riders must arrange their own accommodation, camping gear, and pickup logistics

• Premium riders may have small personal gear transported if space allows

• All personal gear should be handed over at the start for loading onto support vehicles (Premium priority)

🧭 Eligibility Requirements (ADV & MX)

🏍️ MX Riders

This raid is MX-friendly, with:

• Regular fuel stops

• Checkpoints spaced appropriately for smaller tanks

• Options to load your bike at checkpoints to skip ahead if fatigue builds (space permitting)
   

🏍️ ADV Riders - Strict Participation Criteria

Only experienced ADV riders should participate due to the demanding terrain, including:

• Technical wadi crossings

• Soft sand sections

• Rocky climbs and descents

• Long off-road stretches without frequent stops

ADV riders must be able to:

• Ride confidently in mixed terrain

• Maintain steady progress

• Recover quickly from drops

• Manage energy and hydration

• Avoid delays that disrupt group timing and logistics

Riders unable to maintain momentum may be asked to load their bike (space permitting) to ensure overall safety and continuity.

👤 Rider Responsibilities

• Full protective riding gear required

• Bikes must be mechanically sound

• Riders must carry water, tools, and emergency basics

• Navigation device required (GPS/Garmin/Phone with GPX capability)

• Respect restricted areas, private land, fences, and routes
